Romeo and Juliet

In Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare it seemed like it was a tragedy more than a comedy. It seemed like a tragedy because there was a lot of drama and the two families disliked each other. When people say it’s a comedy I don’t get where they got that from because nothing seems funny in the play except some words. There are a lot of deaths in Romeo and Juliet including Romeo and Juliet and Paris and Lady Capulet and Tybalt and Mercutio. Romeo and Juliet are in love and there love last through the whole play.

If you like dramas this is a good play to read for you because there is love and tragedies. In the end Juliet gets sleeping poison so she fakes her death so she doesn’t have to marry Paris. Romeo finds out she is dead and decides to kill himself with poison and burry himself with Juliet. But when he goes to do that he runs into Paris and they get into a fight and Romeo kills Paris.

Reflection Blog

Some struggles I have had throughout the trimester were the length of my sentences and punctuation. Some ways that I have overcome this are, by using more quotes an extending sentences; with my punctuation I have just payed more attention in class and learned how to use more things. Some things that I do strongly are using quotes describing the story, without giving away the end. I always have something to blog about with my books. Tim Tebow through My Eyes is my blog that shows quoting, and describing story without giving away ending.

http://kamer227.blogspot.com/2013/10/tim-tebow-through-my-eyes-inspirational.html  Analyze complex characters for Tim Tebow. My opinion on this book is that he really talks about his life through his eyes and his emotions. In this book, he is talking about his success and how hard he worked at everything he did when he was growing up. In the NFL, he became a huge success playing for the Broncos as a quarterback that would like to run the ball a lot. Tim Tebow is a great role model he inspires a ton of people with his athletic abilities and his faith.

Some goals I have for myself is to keep my books longer. Read longer books that will last me longer so I can have more to blog about. Areas of improvement should be my punctuation so I can know how to use it in my writings. Increasing my sentences length which could be read longer books so I have a lot more to blog about. If I do all of that my writings will be very good and will help me with my grades.

Michael lead Chicago to one National Championship and scored on basically the whole NBA. Into Michael’s NBA career he switched his sport to baseball and had one of the worst batting averages in the MLB. I am still reading this book but so far it seems like a pretty good book.

Black Boy Inspirational story

Black Boy By: Richard Wright

This book the Black Boy is about Richard Wright. Richard grew up in an African American family and he was poor growing up. He was born on a plantation near Natchez, Mississippi, he moved several times growing up and mainly just stayed in the southern towns. Growing up he would also work many Part-time jobs. At fifteen he went to Memphis and earned enough money to move to Chicago and dig ditches there, run errands, he also washed dishes, sold insurance, clerk, and worked at the unites states post office.

This book is for people that like life stories and their journey throughout life and how they got to where they are at now. He was always reading and he began to write in 1936 and published a long short story “Big Boy Leaves Home”. I haven’t read the whole thing yet but what I have read I have liked. I think this story would be inspirational because he tells how he became famous, and his life story.

Tim Tebow Through My Eyes (Inspirational)

Tim Tebow's  autobiography, Through My Eyes is a sports novel about his famous NFL career and personal life. My opinion on this book is that he really talks about his life through his eyes and his emotions. In this book, he is talking about his success and how hard he worked at everything he did when he was growing up. In the NFL, he became a huge success playing for the Broncos as a quarterback that would like to run the ball a lot. When Tim Tebow  was growing up he was home schooled by his favorite teacher his mom, and in high school he was still home schooled but played football for Nease High school.

Tim Tebow loved football but also played baseball but couldn’t decide what he liked better. “But football was my passion. More specifically, playing football as a throwing quarterback has always been my passion, and I’m not going to let baseball get in my way of making my timely decision”. Tim Tebow was an all-star at a lot of sports at Nease. Tim Tebow is a great role model he inspires a ton of people with his athletic abilities and his faith. People should read this book because he talks about how hard he worked to get where he is.

Finishig BABE The Legend Comes To Life

The Book BABE is about Babe Ruth who grows up in a foster home and lives in a small house in Baltimore. He grows up to be a big famous baseball player that makes a name for himself and gets a lot of attention. The theme of the book is baseball is his life it was centered around the sport. The setting could be his small house with his tiny backyard and growing up without parents. Overtime the setting would probably change overtime because he becomes rich and famous and he was living big.

“The house on Emory Street where Ruth was born was one part of a four-unit house. Each unit was 12 ½ feet wide and the house was 60 feet deep, with a small backyard and a front door opening directly to the sidewalk.” Babe changed overtime he became very good at baseball led his team in school. After school he was in the minor leagues and worked his way up to the majors and won a pennant in Boston. Babe Ruth also broke the all-time home run record and broke many more.

Leverage review

Leverage Book review By: Kameron Rayl

The book Leverage is about a football team in a small town called Oregrove and the high school is called Oregrove High. In the book there was a prank with steroids that got a lot of people in trouble and the football team and it like started a fire between them all. The setting in the book is summer and in school most of the time. “ Summer still linger in the air this first week of my sophomore year and, even with the windows wide open, the classroom bakes at a snooze able eighty four degrees according to the doughnut-shaped thermometer by the light switch. Outside, you can hear the machine hum of john Deere tractor lawn mowers grooming the football fields. The sweet smells of cut grass and gasoline waft into the class, mixing happily with glory’s shampoo.”

This book is good if you like sports and mysteries. This book is hard to keep up with because it gets to a lot of talking. This book gets interesting because of the pranks and drama. In this book it separates to good friends and makes them dislike each other. In this book also the fullback becomes emotionally damaged because he was pranked and gets kicked off the team and goes into depression. The coach had to kick off a lot of the players for the prank and the people that got pranked got kicked off too.
